Our newest addition to Rock Lake Ranch is our apiary. With over three hundred hives placed around the county, bees are busy making honey from yaupon, clover, and all the bounty of vegetation locally. Local honey is sought for its healing properties for allergy sufferers, but we love it for its rich and natural flavor.
