Waterfront Pavilion – The open air setting includes the Waterfront Pavilion and flagstone terrace (approximately 8,500 square feet) and offers a natural backdrop and plenty of room to facilitate larger events such as weddings, reunions, day retreats, and outdoor entertaining.

Cabana – The screened cedar and rock Cabana (approximately 1,600 square feet ) features a summer kitchen with a large gas grill and cook top, under-counter refrigerator, separate ice maker and microwave, with his and hers restroom facilities complete with dressing area and showers. Opaque canvas panels provide protection from the weather and serve as a staging area for caterers and other event professionals.

Writer’s Cottage – The Writer’s Cottage features a spacious, wraparound porch overlooking the fishing pond. With its secluded location tucked away from the rest of the facility, it is where the bride and her bridesmaids dress in luxury and privacy before the ceremony. Gracefully furnished with a sitting room, queen bedroom suite with a private bath, parlor and full kitchen and icemaker, the Writer’s Cottage is the perfect spot for small group meetings and day retreats as well as overnight getaways.

Main House – Indulge your mind and body with the ultimate experience of the owner’s personal farmhouse. A majestic rock fireplace and Steinway concert piano are just two of the highlights of the gorgeous open living area. French doors flank the double fireplace for a tranquil escape to the back porch multiple sitting areas or porch swing. A gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances and wood block center island is a caterer’s ideal preparation area. Host your media presentation for your most important clients or imagine yourself on the 50-yard line or center court when you watch the 120 ft. HD projector screen in the media room. Relax over a game of pool or try your talent at karaoke in the adjacent game room . Four guest rooms, each with two queen beds and their own exit doors to the magnificent porch will accommodate 16 luxuriously.

Blue Heron Conference Room – Located in our new office complex, scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2011, the rustic Great Blue Heron Room will have conference table seating for twelve guests and features a stone fireplace, high ceiling, state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities, and access to a business center including fax and copying services. For weddings, it serves as a special retreat for the groom’s party.

Rock Lake Ranch will arrange tables and seating as you specify. Our meeting space rental fees include the use of tables, chairs, available quality audio visual equipment, and clean up fee. Catering for small events is also available. A list of approved caterers and event coordinators are provided when you book your reservation.
